Complaints policy

If a PowerMax product unexpectedly does not live up to expectations, or has problems within the warranty period, please use one of the forms below:

  • Download the Excel form " New Items Return Form " in the event where the product does not correspond to the ordered one.
  • Download the Excel form " Claims Form " if the product has defects and omissions.

ATTENTION! In the event of a damage during transportation, please see Section 6 under Terms of Sale and Delivery

Using the downloaded form, fill in the data requested as much as possible (note that there are two sub-sheets in the form). Once this form is filled in, attach it to the other form (to the left thereof), and send them to the PowerMax by pressing the "Submit complaint" button

We will then get back to you with the SRO number for the complaint that must be applied to the shipment, as well as with the form " Warranty Form ", where you should indicate in more detail what is wrong with the product and on which vehicle it has been used, so we can process the complaint in the best way possible. The completed form shall be printed and added to the product.

The faulty product shall be packed properly and, together with the complaint, sent to:

When the complaint is received, care will be taken of it:  the complaint will be thoroughly checked for the reported faults and defects.

If the complaint is justified, i.e., the PowerMax product has faults / defects, the purchase price will be credited.

If we do not find any defects in the product, the buyer’s company is offered to have the product returned at their own expense and without any credit. If we have no response within 14 days, we will have the right to destroy the product.
