COOKIE POLICY OF POWERMAX A/S

Introduction

When you visit our website, information about you is collected. This information is used to customize and improve our content and to create more value with the ads that appear on the page. If you do not want information about you to be collected, you should delete your cookies and refrain from further use of the website in question. In the sections below, we have elaborated what kind of information is collected, its purpose, and which third parties have access to it.

Cookies

The website uses "cookies", which is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile, etc. for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics and targeting ads. However, cookies shall not contain malicious code such as virus.

It is possible for you to delete or block cookies. You can do this by following these instructions: How to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser

If you follow the instructions and delete or block cookies, then the ads you see will only become less relevant to you, while they will appear more frequently. At the same time, you may also discover that the website chosen by you does not work in an optimal way, and that you cannot access some of its content.

The website contains cookies from third parties, which to varying degrees may include:

Google Analytics:

Google Privacy Policy
At Google, we take very seriously the trust you place in us and our responsibility to protect your data and personal information. One of the ways we can live up to this responsibility is by telling you what information we collect when you use our products and services, why we collect it, and how we use it to give you a better experience. In Google's Privacy Policy and Principles, we describe how we process personal information when you use Google's products and services, including Google Analytics.

Google Analytics cookies and IDs
Google Analytics primarily uses first-party cookies to report visitor (also "user") interactions on Google Analytics customers' websites. As a user, you have the option to deactivate cookies or delete a specific cookie. Get more information

Google Analytics also supports an optional browser add-on , which - when installed and enabled - disables Google Analytics measurements on all websites visited by users. Note: This add-on only disables Google Analytics measurements.

Where a website or application uses Google Analytics for Apps or the Google Analytics for Firebase SDKs, Google Analytics collects an app-instance identifier — a randomly generated number that identifies a unique installation of an application.  Whenever a user resets their Advertising Identifier (Advertising ID on Android, and ID for Advertisers on iOS), the app-instance identifier is also reset.

In the case of websites or apps where Google Analytics is implemented in conjunction with other Google advertising products, e.g., Google Ads, other advertising IDs may also be collected. Users can opt out of this feature and manage their cookie settings using Ad settings . Get more information

Google Analytics also collects Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to provide and protect the security of the service, and to give website owners a sense of which country, state, or city in the world their users come from (also known as "IP geolocation").  Google Analytics offers a method for masking collected IP addresses (see more information below), but it is important to note that website owners have access to users' IP addresses even if the website owners do not use Google Analytics.
